I love this pillow so much that I am planning on returning to Brookstone this weekend to get another just for a spare. My one and only complaint is that it does not have a zipper so washing it will be a challenge. Still...I love this pillow, it's like sleeping with a teddy bear. I can see how the other reviewer would feel that it can feel a bit hard. However, I found that if I just move the beads around a little bit, I achieve a perfect combination between softness and support. Seriously, I love my pillow. I actually started out with the mini nap pillow and after using it for a few days, I knew that the bigger one would be even better. Now I use the bigger pillow for my head and use the smaller one as a cuddle pillow or for added support for the times I want to prop up and read or watch tv. I love NAP products to much that I own the blanket and the travel set which includes an eye mask and inflatable neck pillow. The blanket is the most luxurious thing you could possibly sleep with at night. I have one caveat: I don't like the NAP products that have the fur-like material, I only like the microfiber material. In case I haven't already gotten my point across, I love my pillows.

I found this pillow to be too shifty during the first week after purchase. I have now had it for a month and it is the only pillow that I use during my night's sleep. This pillow takes some getting used to, but you can manipulate the beading inside the pillow to your comfort. It is very soft and the NAP material is as nice as one would expect (who's familiar with the material). This pillow is different, but I would recommend it.
